I don’t know how she does it but every season Orla Kiely manages to come up with a new variation of her stem print that I want to have. So far I have collected a dress, storage jars, mugs, towels and my son’s room is wallpapered with multicolour stem wallpaper and just as I thought there is nothing that can possibly be added to it, a whole new selection of products comes out this season and I just had to have this white vase.
It comes in different sizes and patterns, so they could be combined together if you want to make a bigger feature out of them.
I also like the look of these tins, there is a big selection of different shapes, sizes and patterns. Useful storage but also a less expensive way to add colour and striking tetro patterns to a kitchen or living space.
Orla Kiely does regular sample sales and one is coming up now:

I have been to a few of their sample sales in the past. It’s mainly clothing but they do a selection of homewares as well. Prices surprisingly vary from sale to sale. On a few occasions there were some real bargains. It’s always worth a browse if you are into their designs, the selection is usually pretty good. See you there!
